Tim Goodman - SF Chronicle
A glimmer of hope, as well as the general frustration, from the man whose blurb graces the cover of Season 2 on DVD.
The show may yet have life, he says, but no matter what, at least there will be a third season DVD to go along with the excellent Season 1 and 2 DVDs already out. At the same time, it's sad that a show like this gets fewer viewers than many offerings on cable. Or shows that air at 11:35 at night, like both "The Tonight Show" and "The Late Show." But what's even sadder, as Goodwin points out, is that crap like "According To Jim" stays on the air and stays relatively popular while "AD" (and lots of other programming, to be fair) has to beg for its life.
