Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York have the worst drivers, according to an insurance test given by GMAC Insurance. Maryland isn't far behind, either.
The scary thing is that the states that did a lot better tended to be larger states with less traffic. The above-mentioned have some of the most traffic anywhere in the U.S., making accidents even more likely.

Well, I guess it just proves Rhode Island isn't such a fantasy place after all.
