Such a cool thing, especially if you really are into photography. It seems legit, as color photographs came about in 1903. Seeing color photographs really brings a new perspective to the Great War, namely to bring it closer to reality for us today, many of whom don't even have grandparents alive from that time.
It helps if you read French for the last two links, though.
The blog Chicago Boyz linked these after getting them from a couple other blogs and a reader. I read it off and on, and it occasionally has these nuggets of fantastic stuff outside the regular politics stuff. Which is cool, too.
